Legal Analysis of the Use of Sound Horeg as a Form of Violation of Public Order in Society

Abstract
The use of sound horeg in public events often disrupts public order due to excessive noise. This study aims to analyze the legal aspects of sound horeg usage based on regulations concerning public order and environmental protection. A normative juridical method is applied. The findings show that uncontrolled use of sound horeg may result in administrative or criminal sanctions. Strengthening law enforcement and raising public awareness are essential to maintaining a socially orderly environment.
